Standard shipping normally takes 3 to 5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact orders@mariebirdie.com. Domestic return shipping is free.
Every product page has its own size chart, and full measurements plus a sizing calculator live on the Size Guide. If she's between two sizes, tell us her height and usual size in the form above and we'll give you a straight answer.
We do, for names, initials, team logos and club crests. Fill out the Custom Embroidery form with what you have in mind and we'll come back with pricing and turnaround. Keep in mind custom and personalized items are non-returnable.
